In cases of inclement weather, if West Texas A&M University is open for business on the day of the EXPO/fair, the event will be held and no refunds will be issued.
If a catastrophic event (an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, or other similar circumstances) occurs and West Texas A&M University is closed, the EXPO/fair will be canceled and registration fees will be refunded as soon as possible after the threat subsides.
If an organization must cancel their fair registration more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, they may be eligible for a refund, less an administrative fee. If you cancel after this deadline OR do not attend the EXPO/fair for any reason, the full registration fee will be due. See each individual fair/EXPO for the exact deadline dates and cancellation fee amounts as this will vary from event to event. Cancellations must be sent in writing.
